pool was out of order

The hotel had clean beds and a lovely pool, but the overall condition wasn't great—rust stains in the bathroom and some equipment issues made things less than ideal. The staff was generally nice and accommodating, though, which helped improve the experience somewhat.

the holiday inn express has a great location, just minutes from the kansas turnpike and k-96. the front desk staff were awesome and made us feel welcome. there are plenty of restaurants nearby, and we enjoyed relaxing at santa fe lake.

Service was friendly, and the hotel felt safe with plenty of nearby options for food. However, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. our room wasn’t fully cleaned, and there were issues with the bathroom facilities. Renovations were ongoing, but they didn’t detract too much from our experience.

The room was large and clean, and the bed was comfortable. I appreciated the quietness of the area, perfect for a good night’s rest after a long day.
